Hello, sweet souls, Our theme this week is "Calming."
Spirit has been talking about Alchemy
and how the first step in transforming
our density
into light again
is calming
the adrenal glands
that stands
as the agitation
vibration
that keeps us in frustration
and separation.
We often live in fight or flight
revving the adrenals
so they ignite
enough energy
to complete our daily routines.
This also creates a frequency
that we yield vibrationally
that keeps us in the old reality.
Through vibrational resonance
we attract what we emit
oftentimes without knowing it
Our adrenals start revving when we are kids
and sometimes, they never quit. We learn to live with it
and believe
that rushing, hurrying, and worrying
are natural parts of the journey.
A task list
that insists
we accomplish
so much
and often in a rush
enlists adrenalin
as a friend
but in the end
the full-throttle
causes trouble.
We can learn to idle
for awhile
and find a peaceful reprieve
from the need
for fast-paced accomplish/achieve
and believe
that we can get through the task list
with a calming effect
on our consciousness.
It all has to do with
the Adrenal Glands
they control
the tempo
and the pace
we face
life with
and they agitate
to create
it's not good
for the rest
of us.
It takes a toll
makes us brittle and old.
causes the body
to age rapidly
and develop
dis-ease
there is a better way
to get through the day
at a calming pace
that creates grace.
Are we running
full steam ahead
and full of dread
about deadlines
and trying to find
the next step
in the process
that will bring abundance
success, health, wealth, or happiness?
Well get this
we can do it
with calm adrenals
and as we move on
we will find
that knowing how to calm our adrenals
calms our hearts, souls, and minds.
It provides
an entranceway
to calm every day
in a different way
that doesn't take
a long time to meditate
or generate
complexities
it is a simple technique
that you can do while driving
washing dishes, watching TV, walking, or swimming.
After we release
stress and anxiety
that often comes naturally
like factory settings
in a human body
we can then let go
and go slow
and steady
and see
that is not necessary
to flood the body
with harsh chemical energy
to get through our routines.
We can approach the take list
if we enlist
a different tempo and beat
to the way we go through the day
and see
life is a breeze
if we intend it to be.
We can practice calming
and working with our energy bodies
to create a state that heals
and transforms
the old norms
into a new way
of doing things
from Vibrational Awareness
that lets us evolve
our consciousness
and do our Alchemy
Turning our dross
into gold
by the power we hold
to govern our electrical circuitry
internally.
It is within us all the time
if we stop and find
the Source
that courses
through us
and shift the focus
to a calming status
we are free
from Adrenalin exhaustion
and fatigue
and the way it
wears on our bodies.
Once we see that the adrenals
have been functioning
without us directing
them consciously
and we learn the key
of calming
their energy
it makes life
easy
to continue alchemy
and transformation
in other situations
that are ready to shift
and lift our consciousness
into peace, joy, and bliss.
It all begins
with calming within
and then we ascend
out of the friction
and division
into harmony
and unison
internally and externally
us and our world
aligned
with a sigh
of relieve
and a deep
sense of inner peace.
There are many ways
to meditate
and to generate
a calming effect
on our consciousness
but if you haven't tried this
technique
of turning the adrenals
down
then you might not
have found
the source
of stress and anxiety
and the ability
to master your field of energy.
The light force
that flows through
is guided by glands
that expand
and channel through you
based on what the glands do
stress and anxiety
or peace and joy
are the result
affecting emotions, mind, and body.
Today, we will practice
this simple technique
that allows us to calm
our bodies
and experience
the ripple effects
flow through and connect
from the depths
to Presence
allowing peace to unfold from
the core outward.
Those who have tried it
love it and proclaim
that now they do it every day
in traffic or while waiting in line
It doesn't take much time
a few moments and you'll feel fine
this gift was in us all the time
we have to look and find
where we have the ability
for calming
ourselves naturally
by working with our bodies
and the little glands
that create stress and anxiety
and make them our friends
who have been working diligently
to keep us safe and operating
at full velocity
but it is not necessary
and we can choose a calming
vibe
over old ways that drive
us to exhaust our energy
and be free
to use that energy
for creativity,
dancing, playing
what makes us happy
and brings us joy.
