Good morning, sweet souls,
Our theme today is: Full Spectrum
Do you dance to the beat of your own drum?
Sometimes happy and other times ho-hum?
Can life feel full of fun
or be a burden, a race to run?
This is because we are Full Spectrum humans.
We are meant to be
a complete
field of energy
the light scale
that can tell a tale
of all that exists
in human consciousness
not just part of it.
The full picture,
complete yin and yang
we came
to experience everything
not strive
to stay in the light
all the time
in high vibes
but to explore
more
of who we are
in our totality
shadows exists
as great gifts
if we use them wisely.
Full spectrum
comes
from
our ability
to accept ourselves fully
and be okay
with the many ways
we display
our humanity
Humility -
we are everything
Vulnerability -
it isn't always easy
Authenticity -
today, I feel yucky
It is okay
to say
I'm "all of the above"
love
and fear
can appear
and reside
side by side
sometimes.
We can let go
of needing to glow
with all the goodness
all the time
and find
a relaxing
place
to explore
more
of the full spectrum
of who we are.
Wholeness
and Balance
are the results
of giving up
one-sided spectrums
and perspectives
that decree
only the light side
or the right side
is alright
then we hide
from our totality.
Be the rainbow
and grow
with the whole
spectrum inside
that need not collide
unless you divide
in your mind
instead unite
all colors and hues
inside of you.
Like the garden bouquet
that contains
a colorful array
of varied forms
that are born
of the flowers displayed
we can have contrast
without conflict
accept and appreciate
all of them.
No need to insist
that they be different
the beauty
is in the diversity
each flower unique
with compatibility
Like our emotions
and feelings
each is unique
and provides
a wide spectrum of light
to experience life.
An artist knows
the dark strokes
allow the light to glow
the contrast
sparks the canvas
the silence between notes
the pause in the pros
allows the lyrics to flow.
If we accept
ourselves
as full spectrum
like the garden's flowers
and the rainbow's colors
we ignite
the full spectrum radiant light
inside
nothing denied
everything applied
in balance and harmony
we are whole and free.
And so it is.
