There was a time when we would not begin a cross-country drive without a map.  Nowadays, we don't drive across town without our GPS and Wayz pointing the way.  
 
We depend on external navigation to get from point A to point B.  But what about internally? A map of me, teaching the internal terrains, could be helpful, especially for those seeking greater self-awareness and expanding consciousness.
